Hi Stewart, I think MailChimp is one of the best tools in the market. I have been using it for a while, and I recently suggested it to a friend. I think he is just getting started, and I am sure this video will be a great help in the process. You shared all the important features of this tool, along with an easy process to use it. I just tried to sign up for free mailchimp and the limit is 500 contacts. Not 2000! Am I missing something?

There is a limit on how many contacts you can have. The more you have the more you have to pay at each threshold.
