Beautiful living and entryway Mailey! Thanks again for all of the inspiration. Still taking my time working on my re-tread on stairs that now have the sides and risers painted dark charcoal similar to yours. I just love it!! Next decision, stain or paint oak treads. Only time will tell. 😻

Ohhh it looks wonderful!! Love it ❤ I think the only thing I would change is to use a Roman shade inside the built ins, instead of the curtain. The curtain is okay but the Roman shade would look more luxurious. You did an amazing job on your DIYs ❤

I do love Roman shades and I’ve thought about that but I just can’t find one I like for the space. Or the ones I like I so ridiculously expensive haha! I thought about learning how to make Roman shades. Maybe a project for 2025? So glad you like the makeover!! :)

Oh, I wanted to ask, did you teach yourself to use the power tools and build, or did you grow up watching a parent, or hubby? I’m 62 and I’ve always wanted power tools, my B’day was a couple of days ago, and this year I, getting my power tools. Do you have a video on which tools are most useful? I can see a square, drill, impact driver, I don’t know what the saw is….thank you in advance Mailey! And you are so sweet to watch, a delight!
