Hello! I was wondering how to remove or change the message on the website once subscribed: "Thanks for subscribing! Please check your email for further instructions", thank you for your help!

When I subscribe myself on mail option my email and name did not get added on mailchimp subscriber list what could be the problem behind this ..?? I filled all the requirements of mail option...
