Lol, they are corpsing sooo much... As far as I get it, Yuuta and Takki play something like head of Yakuza and his subordinate, and Mao goes as their...customer? Something like that? Then they admit they all like random Hitomi guy, then that random Hitomi guy actually appears! After that they speak soo unclearly I don't get what's going on, but Hitomi guy ends with Takki?

Ok, correction, after there is temporary break for 'don't go naming people's roles!''I'm sorry''Ok, I can be Hitomi' they start (still laughing like mad) 'fighting' then Hitomi goes like 'no violence here' and when asked if he like Yuta,Mao, Taki, he nods at all of them, then says he's been really going out with Takki. Takki says 'for four years', Yuuta gets all 'FOUR YEARS?!' and Hitomi is like 'nope, it's actually five years by now.' after that they thank each other, I don't get what for, and Yuuta and Mao moves offstage, while Takki and 'Hitomi' plays the scene like: 'thanks for your help there, Hitomi'-'ya, no prob.'-'Ok, then see ya'-'See...what?! No way...chachan!'(that last is onomatopeia for the fin?
