Main Bearing And Big-End Bearing Wear

Should I replace the big end bearing if they look fine? The engine has done 290K Km. Also How do i know if i need smaller size bearings than the standard?

ronenfe First, thank you for watching. Second, please subscribe. Third, with that many miles it’s worth spending to relatively few dollars to replace them VS replacing a crank and or connecting run from a spun bearing. Use plastigauge to test bearing clearance as well as a cylinder bore gauge and a outside micrometer for accuracy.
