Music videos takes days to shoot and clipped from dozens if not a hundred footages by the Editor to make it appear sublime. They also shoot the each sequence from half a dozen angles to improve on the lighting and create better effects. And let's not forget how many times they change the clothes and do the same thing. Stage performers however have to give one performance without a cut and no special effect.
