the color sort option is not possible for own designs? I don't see how you can go from the color option screen seen at 3:56 to the color sorting screen seen at 4/02.

Dear Loulou João, it’s not because of the fact that it is your own design. But you are right, that the colour sort function is not available for all embroidery patterns. As soon as you have overlapping colors in the pattern the VR cannot sort the colors as it needs to embroider one specific colour at first and cannot swap the colours. When the colours are not overlapping, the machine should sort the colours as shown in the video.

Dear Judy Featherston, the embroidery pattern you have created doesn’t fit in the frame you selected. Please go to settings and choose a larger embroidery frame or resize the design to fit into the size frame you selected.
