oh shut up, I am a big rafi and kishore fan, but let me tell u rafi was the most versatile singer , even kishore was his biggest fan, kishore wasn't a trained singer, he did not know anything about classical singing , whereas rafi was a very trained singer, he was the definition of multitalented , he had sang fast songs, slow songs, sad songs, high note songs, semi classical songs, classical songs, muslim naat, bhajan , shabads, comedy songs , western songs etc , Now say is kishore multi-talented or rafi ?

I was traveling by road the entire state of Madhya Pradesh from east to west for a project for improving their state highways. One fine morning, when I was passing by his home city Khandwa, I found youngsters put up pandals and festoons at every street corner to celebrate his birthday with his songs. This tribute was a unique sight to behold.
