For any musician, recording a video and recording audio is challenging, even for seasoned professionals. Unless someone is performing live, it is ok to assume they are syncing and it is ok, you get the best of both worlds - best music, best video. I sync all the time, and don't think I'll try to change that because I really really enjoy creating music, and that's my personal space, video is for bringing the music out to people who admire your work, so there's a very positive energy in creating that as well.
