@judith2010able he is wrong on so many levels, this doesn't trigger us, brawl is hands down the best one due to it's feels, how it conveys a story and how charactors interact with each other, they actually capture their behaviours and actions perfectly and how accurate each character is on their own, brawl has the best story aswell cause of how it conveys it to the player on how master hand wants to consume the world in his void but ended up awakening the true darkness which was tabuu

Because people posted the cut-scenes from Brawl online so people can watch those instead of playing the games themselves. Sakurai said he didn't want the same thing to happen to Smash 4 if it had a story mode, so he decided to not have one and instead make animated videos for the trailers, announcing new challengers. So, understanding from what the cutscenes showed was that Master Hand (representing the child) is being held back by anxiety (Tabuu). Master Hand breaks free from Tabuu with only a little anxiety left. Due to this (past) anxiety, the child is afraid to increase his toy count (roster). But doesn't give up and eventually gathers then all together with new toys aswell. The child ages as the game ages. SSB 1: Toddler Stages SSBM: Child - Tween Stages SSBB: Teen Stages SSB4: Adulthood SSBU: Later Adulthood (Owning Children)
