Growing up I just hate chemistry....in graduation I have an extraordinary teacher who used to teach chemistry to me. He used teach like histrory development then about topic. When the history goes my favorite line was" "Oh hello,this is not a history class, wo topic ka mtlb samjhaoo bass".😂

Actually, it does include the training machines. Those machines are there 1) Reduces chance of injury: Saves time 2) More Efficient Motions to isolate targeted muscle groups: Saves time and effort to achieve something Books ? Which book will you refer to ? Books are just that and not the law of nature ... Books are a recorded piece of information or facts which stood at that time , and for one facts change with time. Theoretical physics, experimental physics , and sub branches of chemistry would not have been a thing if books were to precede wisdom. Economics ( noble prize or whatever you call it) is given to experimental ideas or theories which have proven their value and not to the facts written in books
