I feel fortunate to write all his Hindi poems collected in "Nayi Kheti" in my handwriting published by Jan Sanskriti Manch in Com. Ravi Prakash's room in Tapti hostel room no. 275. Vidrohi ji was a poet of great human civilization. I often feel that Vidrohi ji is one of the figures JNU can be given credit to produce. Salute to him. What a great documentary made with such a huge love and spirit of revolution. Thanks to Nitin Pamnani Ji. His directatorial vision is unmatched, his poetic understanding is deep and the way of looking at life is like an endless azure sky. Loved to see this! So much love to Nitin ji for making this. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

What an incredible documentary. Huge respect to the creators. 33:40 The poem at the end, paired with the music and visuals, hit me hard. 20:48 The part where he talks about how the life he's led is far from being indisciplined-how he relies on his core beliefs, yet constantly questions them-really opened my eyes to why so many of us today feel lost in everything we do. The belief system Vidrohi ji built for himself and lived by is so unique, so rare in a lifetime. We may think our lives are well-structured, but the shallowness of our ideas and the way we constantly shift our beliefs based on immediate outcomes have left us mentally adrift. That’s the real tragedy of our times. The clarity of thought we see in Vidrohi ji’s life exposes the chaos and lack of discipline beneath our so-called "civilized" lives. It also made me think about his wife. What kind of woman must she be to stand by him and support his unconventional life? And his children-the son about to get married and starting a new job-what must he have thought of his father? A man who, by society’s standards, would be seen as a disgrace. How did he feel about his father not being able to provide him with everything society says a father should? Was he supportive? Kind? Respectful? I had no idea such a man existed until I saw this documentary. After watching it multiple times and reflecting on it for days, I can say with certainty that if this documentary hadn’t captured and presented his life in such a raw, first-hand way, I wouldn’t have believed such a person could exist in our time. "Thank you" doesn’t seem enough. My deepest gratitude to the filmmakers and the highest respect to Vidrohi ji, the people's poet.

I am very thankful of those who documented him. The generation could have never come to know that the person like Vidrohi ever existed. I have been listening his poems since 2016 but I didn't know that such priceless work has been done on him until it came to my time line as YT suggested because a few days ago a was watching his poetry. He was a revolutionary who wanted to bring changes in world but lived his life in his own illusionary world. If anyone associated with this work can outreach to a person named Anand Kushwaha who roam and shout (often abusive) in and around Ber Sarai? Can we look into his life, past and present and what he thinks? I had a conversation with him and he has some disruptive ideas on Education, research program, recruitments and JNU.

तुम मुझसे हाले-दिल न पूछो ऐ दोस्त! तुम मुझसे सीधे-सीधे तबियत की बात कहो। और तबियत तो इस समय ये कह रही है कि मौत के मुंह में लाठी ढकेल दूं, या चींटी के मुह में आंटा गेर दूं। और आप- आपका मुंह, क्या चाहता है आली जनाब! जाहिर है कि आप भूखे नहीं हैं, आपको लाठी ही चाहिए, तो क्या आप मेरी कविता को सोंटा समझते है? मेरी कविता वस्तुतः लाठी ही है, इसे लो और भांजो! मगर ठहरो! ये वो लाठी नहीं है जो हर तरफ भंज जाती है, ये सिर्फ उस तरफ भंजती है जिधर मैं इसे प्रेरित करता हूं। मसलन तुम इसे बड़ों के खिलाफ भांजोगे, भंज जाएगी। छोटों के खिलाफ भांजोगे, न, नहीं भंजेगी। तुम इसे भगवान के खिलाफ भांजोगे, भंज जाएगी। लेकिन तुम इसे इंसान के खिलाफ भांजोगे, न, नहीं भंजेगी। कविता और लाठी में यही अंतर है।
