Very good explanations...125th ammendment bill..which demands more autonomy...more power.The State govt. step- motherly attitudes towards Autonomous Councils is really true.We as residents of BODOLAND TERRITORIAL COUNCIL were witnessing.The Accord was signed three times with Assam State and Central Govt. After the 3rd Accord of BTR the power and functions already got are re-transfered to Assam Govt.The Govt. machineries are now controlling and administering almost all power and functions.
