Spock and I took similar photos of this area while Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home was in development, but it was ultimately decided to film on the west coast, mostly for the Golden Gate Bridge and humpback whale scenes. Our photographer wasn't as good, either. Of course, we had 23rd century digital cameras almost as good as yours, but couldn't use them. Non-Interference Directive. Heh. The whole movie would have been different if everything had been as good as this. Bravo!

The trees still have a green spin to them. To get 900 photos in 2 hours of flight time, he had to shoot every 7 seconds.
