Well done. I cruise those waters from Boothbay to Bar Harbor in my 16' skiff. Those crossings are serious.

Yes, I agree! I was reading a lot online about how you should leave by 4am and stuff, but the weather lined up absolutely perfectly for me in the afternoon. Following wind and sea the entire time, got a little fun towards the end but nothing too crazy.
