Not now they are buying Canadian they have put tariffs on US lobsters. Also Canada has made a trade deal with the EU so Canadian lobster is less expensive there as well.

Old News Easter Canada has been selling Cape Breton lobsters to the Asians for over a decade and the prices are good per lb for now.

Lobsters move with the water temps. Offshore to deeper colder waters and closer inshore to more shallow waters depending on the water temperatures and condition.
