I always wore a loose long sleeve cotton t-shirt under my pads for box & field because it felt like my arm pads stayed up better. Also never had to deal with that gross sweaty elbow pad on skin feel. PRO TIP: Use a hair dryer or hand dryer to quickly dry pads

What was your experience like at haverford? I am committed there and I know the coaches have most likely changed since u transferred, but what was it like? And why, did you transfer out: was it due to the cost, the lacrosse load, or the school itself?

Hiya! Been watching for a little over 6 years now, and I don’t think I’ve ever commented in all that time. (Missed the last year of content tho, havent been playing for quite a while - friend exploded my preferred lax head when tossing the ball around). I'm no physical therapist, but there's definitely more impact. Make sure you're stretching and strengthening where you can! Plenty of resources in the running community for good PT
