I purchased 2008 ZX-14 fully done turbocharged everything carbon, with up graded 330 mm rotors, Ohlins suspension, I love this machine just for touring. Also have 2015 H2, fun bike with great electronics , but if you're over 6'1" 250 when I sat on the ZH2 it felt like a 600. If you can afford both bike go for it, great bargain for less $1000. You'll have more power than H2. Never sale your 14, luxury at it's finest for hyper tourer.

Can anyone explain what is shift lamp and why'd he set it to 4000rpm?

Setting the shift light will help you shift gears at your desired rpm without looking at the rpm meter on the dash, you simply see the light blinking from the corner of your eyes. As for the 4000 rpm, I'm guessing that's just for this video.
