We don't know if the feds will pick up this case with their own indictment and use Gunna's statement on the record if Thug beats the state case. Plus it looks terrible on principle and obviously the DA wouldn't have him do that for no reason. A RICO conviction is predicated on, "Such and such is a continuing criminal enterprise (such as a gang) and so and so is part of it committing crimes for the enterprise" which is exactly what the DA mandated he state on the record as part of his plea.
