Mainstage 3 - How to Connect an Audio Interface and Digital Keyboard

How to connect a digital midi/USB keyboard to Mainstage 3 and map it to the onscreen Mainstage keyboard as well as how to connect an audio interface to Mainstage and set it up to output sound correctly.

You basically need usb splitter I think on most laptops- most have two USBs, one of which you need to use as power (if Mac)?

question my keyboard doesn’t have a midi port and it only has 3 ports that say “Phones/Output” “MIC” And “Audio Input” is it possible for me to turn it into an midi keyboard?

If you run your keyboard through main stage and use a Scarlett interface for the sound output you can do it

Not to use Mainstage's built in sounds. You will have to manipulate the sound coming out of the keyboard through Mainstage, not use Mainstage's sounds
