PART REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Enter the SP mode.
2. Output of SMC registration data using SP5-990-004.
3. Set the following SP to "1" before turning off the power.
4. Replace the PM parts and turn on the power, then the device will automatically reset the PM counters. In the case of a developer (developer), the initiation will also be done automatically.
5. Exit SP mode.
AFTER INSTALLING THE NEW PM PARTS
1. Turn on the main power switch.
2. Output the SMC logging data with SP5-990-004 and check the counter values.
3. Make sure that the PM counters for the replaced units are "0" with SP7-803. If the PM counter
for a unit was not reset, then reset that counter with SP 7-622.
4. Make sure that the exchange counter counts up with SP7-853.
5. Make sure that the counters for the previous units (SP7-908) on the new SMC logging data
list (from step 2 above) are equal to the counters (SP7-803) for these units on the previous
SMC logging data list (the list that was output in the "Before removing the old parts" section).
6. Make sure that the unit replacement date is updated with SP7-950.

¿Y por qué no funciona? atascos de papel? Probablemente tenga una unidad fusora usada y atascos de papel. Debe volver a fabricar la unidad del fusor: si usa productos que no son originales, el costo es de aproximadamente $300. Si quieres el fusor original el total $900.

Hi, in this model you sometimes have to replace the lower press roller, so do it. Also check the bushings of the lower roller in the fuser unit.

Tak bez problemu tym zadaniom podoła kopiarka Ricoh MPC3003, MPC3503, MPC4503, MPC4503 lub MPC 3004 3504 4504 5504. Do tego dobry papier o fajnej gramaturze, oczywiście podawany z podajnik bocznego. Trzeba tylko pamiętać żeby ustawić w opcjach pobierania papieru GRUBY 1 i będzie super wydruk.

Ricoh MPC3001 i podobne to stare urządzenia. Na Warszawskim rynku często trafiają już na utylizację, dlatego sugerowałem 3-4. Ale to zależy jakie są maszyny na lokalnym rynku. Jeśli są jeden to muszą być 1. Kupione więc muszą na siebie zarobić. Z tym papierem to lepiej pytać ludzi z poligrafii lub firm handlujących papierem.

El mantenimiento, es decir, la limpieza a fondo de la copiadora, debe realizarse cada tres meses. Durante el mantenimiento, limpie a fondo los separadores del rodillo calefactor. 2. Cuando cierre la carcasa derecha de la copiadora, hágalo con cuidado ya que el accesorio del rodillo de transferencia se rompe a menudo. 3. Hay un alimentador de papel en la bandeja de papel. El sensor cuelga sobre el papel y está unido a tres pequeños plásticos. Este elemento a menudo se cae o rompe uno de los sujetadores. El síntoma es un mensaje: agregue papel y atascos de papel. 4. A MP301 no le gustan los tóners alternativos, por lo que es mejor usar tóners genuinos. 5. A menudo hay un problema: agregue tóner.
