Mai 2 days back i did a glowup.. i bleached my arms, waxed , done my eyebrows, exfoliate, cleansed my face , done nails etc etc.. i also made myself orange juice plus did my makeup and i felt so happy.. u inspire me ❤.. i have a laser appointment on this saturday i have been going through pcos so i hope my hormone reports will come fine.. love u so much mai bless u 💗

There are people who get everything done everyday. And those kinds of people I don't admire or envy. It may sound twisted but I've become appreciative of my clinical depression because having bad days here and there is completely normal. I couldn't imagine wanting to always grind it out even on those bad days. Sleep in sometimes, take a day off from work and like Mai said take a day off from the gym and do it harder the next day
