I LOVE. Horses! Had them as a child. 60 now, have the room (10 acres) but can't afford their upkeep. Hay and grain, supplements are through the roof, not to mention Ferrier and Vet services. Wish I could. Even the mini's are appealing, just for pets. A horse is a horse, right??❤❤❤

I had a horse when I was 14yo. My Dad bought him and 24 head of beef cattle and s bull at auction. I spent the best 2 years of my life at the ranch riding Sonny Boy, who had a beautiful blaze on his face. Just as a side note: horses do not like to fall. It's not even funny. Trust them to stay upright on all four legs. If they have been trained right, they will do their very best to keep you safe.

First one, the horse putting it´s tounge out after its owner does it. I wonder if people relize how significant that little clip might be? It seems to be a horse passing the mirror test! Of course it´s not a mirror per se, but it´s looking into the camera screen, seeing its owners face next to its own, and making the same grimace. Really cool! I have heard of no verified example of a horse passing the mirror test, but it´s seems pretty likely that some of them should be able to. Horses are really intelligent, and the more we invite them into our world as fellows, the more of ourm skills they will aqcuire.

As usual, this compilation of "funny" horse videos is of some horses who are stressed by their environment or poorly trained and handled. Some of the clips are interesting and humorous, though. Clearly, the narration was produced by those with a lack of knowledge of horses.

Many of these clips aren’t funny. They are sad. And the narration doesn’t fit the situation. Some are environmental issues and stressors for the animal. The second one appears to be a stallion or stressed horse about to fight with itself. What is cute or funny about that? Make sure your narration matches what videos you are presenting otherwise it’s just false information for clicks.

I don’t know if this matters, but I read an article once which said that the staff at horse farms will rub-down a newborn colt as much as possible, day after day. This is supposed to acclimate the colt to human contact. Would rubbing newborn babies as much as possible day after day cause them to become more intimate adults? I’m not in favor of using tax-money to extend the lives of old people. Just so you know, the average life-span used to be around age forty. Then it began to get longer as a result of better health care. But an unintended consequence of modern medicine is that we have too many old people. Have you ever visited a nursing home? Those buildings are full of half-dead zombies. It’s a demographic disaster. America has millions of old people who depend on taxpayer support. Young workers in America get taxed to support complete strangers, before they even take care of their own families. That’s totally unfair. And to make matters worse, the elderly hide all of their assets in trust accounts. So they pay no taxes on the trillions of dollars worth of assets they hold. The situation is intolerable. The marriage-rate of young white couples is dropping so fast that in a hundred years, there might not be any more white people. In my opinion, America is an Anglo Saxon country; just like England France, and Germany. If you look at other countries which are populated by blacks or Hispanics, all you see is crime and overpopulation. We can’t allow that to happen here. In my opinion, all of the homeless people, criminals, mentally-ill, and elderly should be euthanized. And the foreigners should be sent home to Africa, South America, India, and China. We need to make a clean sweep, so that young white couple can get married, start a family, and enjoy life. That change will require discipline and honesty. But most white women can’t bring themselves to admit the truth. Instead, they bury their heads in the sand and talk about “more taxes”. I wonder how they would feel about zero taxes.
