The sound of the John Deere 6850 is truly something special, and it's amazing to see how far harvesting technology has come. While the design may appear a bit dated now, it was undoubtedly a pioneering harvester of its time, setting the bar high for the industry. It's fascinating to reflect on the progress and innovations in agriculture machinery. Thanks for sharing your insights!

I know, Jan... it was said in jest.... when the crops are due for harvest, man has to go to work.... The old sailor saying of: Time and Tide waits for no man holds true for farming....

Why not just swap the JCB out with the Fendt? Doesn't the 8250 have over 100HP more than the 720? Don't know the difference between fastracs and regular tractors, but if there is a difference that could be why like fastracs don't have as high of torque

Sometimes here the rain would not stop and then you can wait and wait... this year it is the same, extremely wet but now it was first dry and most of the maize was harvested before the extreme rain.

@Agriculturespotter11 жыл бұрын
I have no idea why they not use a winch but this year there was really very extreme mud in Netherlands . . . some places where a lot worser. But i understand what you mean....
@periesicsd11 жыл бұрын
You would winch it out?! Have you ever worked the fields, or is it only an idea, that winch?! Because... how in the hell are you going to winch out a large tractor with a loaded trailer behind it, all stuck in sucking mud?!?! What kind of winch and vehicle can do that? A tow-truck for trucks maybe? Because doing that with a tractor, the tractor that has the winch would simply pull itself towards the stuck tractor with loaded trailer. I guess you never worked with tractors on soft, muddy, water-saturated fields... Just let farmers do the farming, they know what they're doing. Correction, most of them know... lol
@Agriculturespotter11 жыл бұрын
periesicsd I think you're right Periesicsd because the large tractors with full loaded trailers, stuck in the mud are very heavy too pull out with a winch.... this year we have soo much rain that the fields where extremely muddy.... look at the other mud video's, the John Deere rups example, there you can also see how the fields where this year... :)
