We tipped the bale off on the asphalt because it probably does. We only made 2 bales this way, because we had problems with getting the net into the chamber.

Der Rollboden nimmt den Mais mit nach hinten. Am Dechel entlang unter der Abdeckung nach unten, und dort in die Presskammer hinein.

hello, my name is martin. I admire You invention. Could You send me some photos of modifications need to be done?? How many kg weight the bale with corn?? How many acres did You cut in this set up?? i cut 16-23ha corn. Valtra T133 will do it i think.

did You use some rubber belt between shafts?? i need bale weight for calculation, at the moment i put 1500kg per day to TMR mixer, corn action cost me too much, i haven't got good operator for silo, most of fields are 10-15 km far away, the farest one is 23 km from home. Regards.

Hello Martin! We have only made two bales because the wrapping is nearly impossible. The fine structure of the corn plugged the slot where the net should come out. So we kinked the net to one of the shafts from outside- after one rotation released it and let it run around the bale. All in all it was just a interesting trial but much to complicated for the real harvest. We didn´t do any modifications to the baler except one pan below the first rotor so that no corn can get outside.

That is sad i believe that this machine could work properly. Did You see iBio presse modiffied for maize?? there are some movies too. I'd like to cut 16-20ha this way, i have fields which are up to 23km far away (mostly 10-15). at the moment transport and cutting costs me too much. Could we write on priv?? Fb or sth. I'd like to specify my idea, probably there are some sollutions. I dont have Krone baler, but rotor sollution is simple. You could verify my ideas. greetings
