That is a very nice property. I think that it is even better than the previous property that you showed on this channel. I was very surprised by the amount of space inside the house. And the garden is big enough for people who do not like gardening but still enjoy to have a barbecue outside, or just to enjoy a nice summer evening outside. It is also nice that it is close to the big city. And the price is very acceptable. However there is no parking space, that is a slight minor aspect. But perhaps that it is possible to park a car nearby the house? All together I think that the property has a lot of potential. As always Thanks for showing the property. 👍
