You might have already figured out by now, I heard this “Artist No 2” is supposedly a copy of rather “The Night” by Frederic Malle which the perfumer is by Domonique Ropion who is one of my favourite perfumers who did also “Portrait of a lady” which I also love, and he did “Nuit D’Issey” by Issey Miyake, “Invictus” by Paco Rabanne, “L’Homme” and “La Nuit de L’Homme” by YSL, “Flower bomb” by Victor & Rolf, “Alien” by Thierry Mugler, “Tresor” lines for Lancom….etc. So if Maison Alhambra did again a good copy of one of Fredric Malle lines, you are essentially getting $400 to $500 worth of similar scent and quality in my opinion. That’s a whopping dough saver right there because at the end of the day, most people are not going to be able to find the label tags on your skin. 😂 Anyway, now I’m also so encouraged/influenced to drop another 30 bucks to get that one after I already spent almost $1K in total this fall winter because I’m a frag addict! Can you see the sign of “HELP!” ?? 😂😂😂 Well, it’s my hobby and it makes me happy at least for now…. thanks for another great video! 🤓👍🏽👍🏽Peace! 🕊

I'm gonna have to say, from my memory, this is a dupe for Promise from FM. The crisp apple note and rose is definitely there. Thankfully these notes balance the fragrance's base, because it quickly takes a darker turn. My, this becomes sexy. The castoreum and nagarmotha create an illusion of oud. However, this imaginary oud is far more animal and medical than most oud oils. When I first sampled "Promise " from FM, the employee suggested that it smelled like sweet bandaids . I agreed, but in the best way. If you look for reviews for the original some say the performance is bombastic. This is so true for this clone. Three sprays will have you smelling like apple brandy and rich oud for over 12 hours. Well done again Lattafa❤

Artist 2 is a clone of the moon FM , another said is The night. Alhambra mixed some bottles with the night and other with the moon?

Fruity, dark, rose/oud combo, Challenger, difficult, beautiful. Today I smelled it and blow My mind. I am gonna Buy it but maybe in two month, cause it's a fragrance for Cold weather.

I’ve picked this up after trying The Promise a couple of times in store and I can confirm it’s incredibly similar, the fruity scent at the start threw me a bit but when it settled it’s more or less identical

@@josephmgomez3921 i tested out that layden from alhambra. The apple is not as prominent as. Luxodor loyal agar. Its still good and performs very well. But I prefer Loyal agar. Its just pops more than Layden. Layden was $45 for 100ml, Agar is $60- 65 for 80ml so i guess that also has to be taken into consideration. I'd give it a 7.5 considering everything
