The Trail 100% smelled like bacon the first time I sprayed it on my skin. I let it macerate a few weeks and it smelled MUCH better the next time I sprayed it- the barbeque meat thing never fully goes away but the other notes develop and strengthen and the barbeque note recedes into the background. Overall I like The Trail (especially for the price) but not surprised others find The Serpent more likeable.

@@laurensawin6041 Yeah, it’s pretty weird an culinary/meaty way. I 100% prefer “The Serpent” but on my friend, who I borrowed these two fragrances from, for this review, “The Trail” doesn’t smell culinary at all. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The Serpent was so much better than The Trail. I HATED The Trail on you, it smelled so horrible. 🤢🤮
