Very beautiful house It's just wonderful 😊 but it seems like the downstairs has so much space and then upstairs what I saw were a few bedrooms It seems like there should be more space upstairs isn't the upstairs as big as the downstairs?? Idk lol And I was wondering the backyard do they own the land back behind the house because you didn't go back there. I'm just wondering If all that land behind the house is part of the property or not??

Hi Kathy - thanks for your message - yes, it is one of my all time favourites. There are more photos of the house and grounds that I can send to you via email (you will need to email [e-mail]). The upstairs is over the living room, dining room and kitchen - the downstairs at the back is the large utility room and guest room - and to the side is the extra sitting room with mezzanine and garden room.
