No one neglects him. They are famous and popular because they are fantastic together as a team and the songs are not about technical execution in terms of music. The tabla played by Rishav is more of accompaniment rather than having its own identity in the songs they play. Even Maithili plays brilliant harmonium but I have never seen anyone commenting on this part of her potential. And the reason is pretty obvious. People listening to their songs are not focussed on technical execution or brilliance of the instrument they are playing or let me put it this way that they are not presenting it as such to the people listening to them. The Protagonist is obviously Maithili but she is incomplete without Aayachi and Rishav. And we should not think or rather put it forward that one is getting more attention than the other. They are free of all such thoughts and we too should be in the same space and enjoy as much they do. I hope they grow and play together for as long as possible before opportunities force a split to this innocent and soulful team.

Sir, Bhojpuri folk along with the rich folk of Mithila, Awadh, Poorvanchal, Baghelkhand, Bundelkhand have been vanishing from our everyday lives because of disintegration of village and small town lives. I am sure you must have listened a very distorted, and may be vulgar songs in the name of Bhojpuri. I am fortunate to have got the opportunity to listen a few of the masterpieces from Maithili, Bhojpuri and Awadhi,.... believe me they are unexplored cultural heritage of northern (eastern) India. The way Nautanki had been distorted in Maharashtra, in the same way these folk songs have been erased from our collective memory. Thanks to Nuclearization of families, Bollywood and dominance of Bhangra on our cultural psyche 😊

I had an urgent work in Office...... and had planned to reach office by 7 morning tomorrow. I had thought of sleeping max by 11 pm so that I wake up early.
