Maizen, you can use water and dirt blocks instead of jumping in the cave. I know where is the diamonds are go in the cave, deep, deep ,deep and sometimes they are in like stick in the walls but be careful of the spider, there usually live where the diamonds are they are like guarding it against humans. Jumping is also helpful but sometimes jumping is also dangerous because it may cause dying and you will loose everything that is in your Inventory.
