@@ioanglo681 你这么想就过了。没有那么不堪，生脍不是原始人吃肉，很多古籍都有描述，食不厌精，脍不厌细，春天配葱，秋天配芥。日本的生鱼片搞不好就是从唐传入的。公共习俗的转变不是一朝一夕，也许是香料的传入，煮熟了更好吃。要不然你问问潮汕那边还吃鱼生，肯定是好吃。不像重庆江湖烤鱼这般用很多香料，但是也是好吃。你再看看日本料理能用什么香料，说好听是本味，寡淡。
