13:19 Interesting thing that came out a couple of days ago. A store owner has marked every product over the “non theft” price but if you pay at the counter you get “no criminal” discount which is the actual price of the item. So if you steal a thing worth a penny, it’s still worth $951 I think but if you buy it’s worth a penny. Brilliant strategy.
