Watching the how to play video and now some actual gameplay has me super interested, this looks really fun and thought provoking. If this is done right it could really be something! In the future I’d love to see limited edition watercolor art for some of the cards, could be a really cool way to promote collecting similar to reverse holos and things like that. Best of luck Dan!!

Great gameplay, and If I know Dan at all it's that his videos only get better over time. I do want to offer some ideas to hopefully help. I think it would be great if you had an overlay over the game so that every time a card is played you can show it blown up on the side like the How to Play video. That way we can pause if needed to read the card and understand what we saw. Also, I think a direct over head view would be beneficial as well. Just suggestions. Keep up the great work!

Yeeeeah, as a yugioh playing after watching the how to play I was instantly hooked. Definitely ordering 2 decks for my girlfriend and I to play. The game is pretty straight forward and I can definitely see how you can have big combos etc. Can't wait for the kick starter too, I definitely see this blowing up 💯

I could misunderstand however was there a misplay when magnitude attacks Dan for the first time? He takes the damage and moves the die but never removed a spirit. I think he later counts the cards and thinks he moved the die incorrectly. Could be wrong but I’m pretty sure that’s how that works?

You can always watch the starter deck breakdowns and find them, but that's probably a lot more work than it's worth so it's a good shout

I feel like nectar might be a bit OP at more than 1 copy but this is definitely more balanced than yugioh has been in many many years

This game has some much potential to be great alot of people may be scared to invest but please don't be invest invest invest I just bought each starter deck and next time I'm buying the first edition set and then I'm buying frost fall starters and booster box invest in this game before someone like Amazon buys it and makes it mainstream

its a lot slower than yu gi oh both because of much more limitation of resources and there isn't any degenerate combos and power creep yet
