I went in July last year and had a room with a plunge pool. The best resort ever ! Seafood restaurants were amazing,steak restaurant amazing, great adult section

We are heading there in December. I've never understood how anyone would pay all that money for only a couple of days. Two of them are traveling. For me, I can't even count the first couple because I'm exhausted from traveling. It will take two or three days until I'm actually physically able to enjoy going anywhere. We also booked the two story room. Ours has the plunge pool, though. I think I'm more excited about that part more so then anything else. Thanks for the tips, especially the first part about getting through the airport past all the people trying to see you things. From my experience in other countries, they've banned that from airports, so maybe Mexico should do the same. 😊

This is totally our personal opinion so take it with a grain of salt… we still partied pretty hard on the family side! We still had access to amazing cabanas and great service, so we felt good about our choice 😊🥰

I ranked the restaurants The Bistro Don Juame Mar house El Mariachi Flavours for breakfast... cappuccino with a kalhua shot to start the day Kabuki Didn't try McJestic or the sports bar The Bistro was so good we went 2 times The top shelf alcohol was very nice touch Hendricks gin, grey goose plus Grand Marnier but it was the strawberry gin that I got hooked on.

I've been to Cancun 11 times, glad you guys had fun, but this is the worst resort I've ever been to. Upon arrival they tired to move us to a different room than we had booked. Also wanted us to check in on a kiosk touch screen on the wall near the lobby door. The service was the worst. Never had a problem anywhere but here. I almost left 3 daysintoo the vacation. We had the2-storyy rooftop pool suite. Beautiful room, but all the sensors constantly flashing was annoying. All the lights in the room would randomly come on at 3am. Food was very good. We saw 2 people get arrested on different nights for smoking weed. Security came to assist a poor woman fighting with her boyfriend who shoved her out of the room *in to the corridor* naked. I went back in to our room to get her a towel but security had arrived to help by then. I feel bad for coming sooner, but there was constant screaming at this resort so I didn't immediately respond. There were disturbances that ended with broken stuff like the elevator button panels, windows, etc. If I had to describe it in one word I'd say "frat house". In a less prestigious college. Again glad you enjoyed it, I hope they improve , the resort itself is beautiful.
