Tickets can be booked from their website: www.historybynight.com/product/history-by-night/ They run this tour only on weekends. I don't think you can get discounted tickets for children, but you can call and ask. There is no dedicated parking, but people park nearby. It gets difficult to find a space, especially on weekends due to the food street's proximity. I would recommend taking an Uber, or if you have a driver, he can handle it.
