JSYK this makes me cry because this mix is when i was talking to this girl and i was with her for over a year. The reason it makes me cry is because i used to play this all the time when we would be talking on the phone for a long time. We broke up a few months ago and she is with somone new. I come back to this to in a way relive those early moments where everything was perfect.

I remember, when I was in 10th grade this came out and on that winter, I really achieved the top of myself and came from bottom up to top in national competitions. I needed strong mental backing and this mix always gave it to me to do my best and improve.. ahh.. those were the last times when I remember being more than happy for a long time.

Honestly from my experience, i spend my time before going out into the world with something hot to drink and i watch the sun rise, or watch snow or rain fall. And when im there, i stop for a second before i embrace daily life, take a deep breath and mentally prepare for a second before starting whatever i need to do. Basically, take it easy when you can, try and distract yourself. And accept that life is crazy, and there is beauty in it.

I have anxiety disorder as well. Nothing to be ashamed of. I did use pills when I tried everything else and none worked. For the last 5 years I haven't used any medication but I was constantly fighting thoughts and panic. I decided to re-start the meds again until I feel better. Who cares, life is too short to be spent battling yourself...do what makes you happy :)
