10-12 years back it used to be so difficult to get this kind of information regarding the SSB. Only people in the city could afford to get into the academies like Balnoi or Cavalier but thanks to technology that has led to this democratization of information and knowledge. Now, this amazing guidance is just a click away. It's really a great thing that you are doing through your channel. The budding patriots do have the energy to do something for the country and have the fire to join the Indian Armed forces, but sometimes they lack the guidance power. You are that guidance power that will help in channelizing the energy to fulfil their goals.

sir you both are very very senior and experienced veterans... learned alot....but one thing i feel telling just as a viewpoint as sir said ki officer selection standard should be parallel to that of jawan's selection standard in terms of toughness of the physical standard mainly the running... sir i feel a jawan is specifically choosen for the ground and he has no other thing to do yes he commands his juniours too even if he is a havaldar but again that physical standard is the only thing we can expect from them as they mainly are from not so educated background...my father has also retired as a jco and he was also recruited in the same way ...but when we talk abt the officer what we expect from him that yes ofcourse he shld be more tough by the physical standards compared to his jawans but that is not the only thing we are looking in him we expect him to be extraordinary in terms of bravery,commanding,good officer quality,acumen and courage which cant be built so easily so we can not afford to reject these extraordinary minds who may be turn out to be cat vikram.batra ,maj shaitan singh,or maj mohit sharma yes i do know they all were damn good even before joining but it might happen that they are not having that physical standard but can be turned into one of these legends in the future and we know for academy its not at all hard to polish their physical standard...thats why it shldnt be done that physical standard of both is same
