If we're lucky by the time Joe is playing Elden Ring he'll learn how important circling and enemy can be so you don't waste 100% of you stamina bar rolling when the enemy isn't even queueing and attack. Love the series either way, seeing papa Mikey couch his son bebe Joe in baby's first souls game is very entertaining.

Watching this makes me sooooooo glad I went for modded game play. Still had difficulty, and still had to learn the game, but it was just a bit more forgiving at times. Otherwise I would have quit while still on the High Wall of Lothric, and wasted the money on the game.

Great to see another of these! I can't wait for Joe to figure out the weapon arts. Since he's only really used the katanas, he's got no idea of the "win blades" alternate attack. On the note of other weapons though, I'm surprised he didn't at least try sniping the fire witches with the black bow.

You'd think after some time of the same thing happening, Joe would notice a pattern. Like when he mashes attacks, and dies because the wind-up is too long for him to interrupt enemy combos. Or when he dodges five times more than he means to and runs out of stamina. Or maybe he'd ask questions, such as "What's some advice you can give for avoiding this attack?" or "Why have I been kicking throughout the game?" But no, Joe just runs in face-first, trying to tank hits with his 0 vigor meta build, that he keeps pouring points into dex for despite being at the hardcap.

It's a soft cap, a very hard soft cap but still a soft cap.

From most of what I've read, 60 is your hard cap for pure builds like dex-only. Now Joe is absolutely past soft cap of 40, and he's suffered immensely because of that, but give the man credit, he hasn't really levelled up enough to have truly screwed up his build... yet.

Gotta love the endless cycle of losing souls while trying to pick souls up. Joe is trying to pickup sand while all his tools have holes in them. Also, that joe will die to the same enemies 100 times and it never crosses his mind that he doesnt need to fight everyone he sees.
