They are all singing in Persian language. The first part is from Hafez, the Persian mystic and poet: آدمی در عالم خاکی نمی‌آید به دست عالمی دیگر بباید ساخت وز نو آدمی خیز تا خاطر بدان ترک سمرقندی دهیم کز نسیمش بوی جوی مولیان آید همی گریه حافظ چه سنجد پیش استغنای عشق کاندر این دریا نماید هفت دریا شبنمی When he sings, the first two lines translate roughly as: True humanity or being human cannot be reached from this material world (literally "the world of dust") A new universe/world needs to be built, and a new humanity... Please learn Persian for the rest of it, as the it can barely be translated into any other language without losing much of its incredibly profound meaning.
