Making this game neutral site would be the silliest thing they could do. They have to read the room at some point. This would really upset me. College Football is about the stadiums and atmospheres. What’s the point if we’re gonna play games in pro stadiums that have no character or tradition?

If it's a neutral site, fans need to go ballistic. I can tell you aggy fans I know will do the same. Kyle is one of the largest stadiums in SEC and DKR is not far behind. Its all about money (tv revenue not tickets) and college football is a slave to the dollar now. Fans, students, alum are just collateral damage. Moving it to Thanksgiving day competes with the NFL. I'm guessing it's a title sponsor based out of Houston (ie one of the energy companies, Academy Sports, Sysco, Waste Management etc). And then we are all assuming this is a football move.

Move Texas ou to home/home while we’re at it. Cotton Bowl is idiotic, and nothing but a destination for ou fans. It’s a home environment for them and has been. We play great on the road and they might not ever sniff another win if it was home/home.
