Console update is bugged so here's the fix, scroll down and click on heros cosmetics in the news and then go back and the level 72 creation will be there, xbox You have to do that every time to see the level 72 option in the character creation page, until they fix the console bug

DUDE THAT MAX CHARACTER LEVEL CHANGE IS SO GOOD! One of the biggest gripes I had with this game was that for one of the DLC's, The Bounty of Blood, you had to max out your level first before entering it so the vault has on level items. With this change, that's no longer an issue. I REALLY hope they keep this and the auto-sell feature for BL4!

K6! I'm also trying out the update because I saw your video, and whenever you go to pick up an item if you hold x to equip it will not sell it. So you could have it on at all times if you were equipping everything you actually wanted immediately.

Auto sell is huge for both early and late game. Early game just turn it off and when your inventory is full just favourite what u wanna keep turn it on then just drop everything and pick it back up then turn it off again. It’s like having Atleast the sell option of a vending machine in your back pocket. Then for late game obviously you can just pick up the crap for more money which will also be helpful for buying sdu’s for characters that skip to max lvl thanks to the addition of that change aswell. Just started playing again after a while so had no idea about these updates but holy shit I love the auto-sell feature. Really helps negate the Death Tax if you're struggling. Plus being able to toggle the Events on and off is great as well. Thanks Gearbox.

ON one hand, autosell is gonna make mid to late game much more convenient. On the other hand, I do think that BD3 suffers from common items being pretty undervalued to begin with. Here's hoping that future instalments make commons more important instead of them being "CPU waste" in general

Good thing they forgot about the Crit - if the lootfilter is set to legendary and you reload and drop the Crit you have to set the filter from legendary to rare so you can pick it back up without it beeing destroyed and since its no longer marked as favorite if you drop it, its bye bye Crit and buy a new one (or hopefully youve duped a dozen of some godroll crits and dont care)😂

Another test for auto sell would be to see if you press and hold to equip if it sells it instead or keeps it. Then if you manually swop it out to inventory if it then keeps it. Would save on keep changing the setting.

HOPEFULLY this is feature testing for Borderlands 4! Gearbox has, hopefully, learned their lesson with BL3 and will be making sure to add features that people actually like and want, and I'm fine with them using BL3 as a testbed for BL4 if it means we'll get a better game. At this point I don't even care how good the base game story is, as long as they get the people who made the BL3 DLC to make BL4 DLC and the gameplay to be as good as BL3.

It would be really nice if they added a modifier key to not autosell when you pick something up. Say you have a Blue drop that you want, but you have auto-sell set to blue. hold "extra key" when picking THAT one item up and it won't auto-sell. that way you don't have to menu twice to pick up one item. Even without that this feature is FANTASTIC!!!

There’s a lot of drop that don’t make sense to me so it would be nice if the devs would be willing to change some locations for some of the gear. Maybe have a reason to do The Hunt in BL3 again. Auto-sell is a great feature. But mostly for re play ability because half the game’s difficulty is having limited backpack storage & having to decide which to keep.. You’ll have infinite money & always empty backpack if you never need to find a machine.
