​@philrivard2447 Staking is the act of allowing the network to see your wallet to confirm transactions (very badly put, but that's the gist). Delegating is opting which pool to stake with. Most wallets have "stake" or "delegate" buttons, which allow you to choose a pool and stake your ada. Hope that helps

@ easiest way is to use the link in the pinned comment or video description. From pool.pm website clicks the join button in the right hand side. Then connect your wallet and then you’ll be prompted to sign a transaction for confirmation. I hope that helps.

DReps can’t vote on the hard fork. This hard fork is voted on by the SPOs and the interim constitutional committee. The main point of this hard fork is to enable DReps to vote on *subsequent* governance actions, not this one. I was confused about this myself, at first; it wasn’t obvious on the govtool site.
