for australia, the only thing matters is how financially good you are. It doesn't matter if u have scored 60-70 % in school or college, if u can show how good financials you have like a great bank balance, parents have good job, ITR of 12-15 lakhs per annum. then they'll issue you visa and if u dont have these then there is only luck that u get the visa

Private colleges mostly run by Punjabis and Chinese generally worked on low tuition and large quantity of enrolments. That helped them Breakeven which also resulted in many of them offering very poor quality education or at times no education. With this capping, such low end colleges will have to lift their game and the problem is they don't know how or the other option is shut down and lose their investments. Im fine if this occurs because most disgraced RTO's belong to certain sections of the community and they themselves are illiterates so what are they educating others? They are not. They are making short term gains.
