NGL this was really inspiration, influencing and motivational. I have been feeling soo gloomy past 2.5 months (basically since the start of 2023). I switched my job in October but since Jan it's like, nothing's happening just the same old routine work and sleep, and weekends are like scrolling through reels and watching vlogs, did not step out of the house only went out for office (also I have hybrid working so it's only 2 days a week). I have been feeling so down that I have literally cried every single day since the start of this year (obviously my family doesn't know about it).
