@@denver82a normally in tabletop wargames like this, the way to balance units is to give them a points cost. Like, say you and a friend are playing a 200 point game. Each model will be worth a certain amount of points. Master Chief may be worth 100 points, and then the Brawler might be 60 points and the Zvesda might be 40 points. Now you are at 200 points total so for that game that is as many units that you can take. Does that make sense?
