Been loc’d 6 months. I have medium sized locs and this is pretty much the routine. Now that it’s cold I don’t spray with water every day but I literally shake and go. I couldn’t ask for anything else. This is the LIFE 😂

What is the difference between microlocs and sisterlocks please ?

Not too much of a difference to be honest. Sisterlocks are trademarked, usually are smaller, follow a specific grid and installation, and costs way more to install. Microlocs tend to be cheaper and can be installed multiple ways (braids, two strand twists, coils). Once they mature, the basically look the same as sisterlocks.

Is it bad that I regretted getting my microlocs? After the first month I was starting to miss my curly hair. While doing my hair is significantly easier I find myself not liking my hair everyday. Is this normal or not?

In my opinion, it is definitely normal. It’s a significant change and adjustment. It can be like a grief process. Grieving what your hair used to be while embracing the journey of the locs. You are capable of making the best decision for yourself so if it’s not for you, trust it and do what’s best for you ❤️

U ain’t never told a lie! I’ve been doing research and I truly can’t see a significant difference. I think they are able to charge a lot more because of the trademark of sisterloc. I believe you mean microlocs and sisterlocks. ☺️ Sisterlocks are a trademark method of installing looks utilizing interlocking. Microlocs can be installed via comb curls, two strand twists, braids, or interlock and don’t have to be a certain size.
