I did a Major Review on two different Master Sword props. One is made of a high quality hard foam, and the other one is made from a cheap plastic but it's also great for children or even people with disabilities.
Needless to say, both swords are great to have with your Zelda cosplays, but I would recommend the foam Master Sword more due to quality. However, the plastic one works just as well. It's up to you to decide.
