I am on the tail end of using up my large stash of skin care. My reward for doing so is to splurge on skincare now that I am in my mid 40’s. I can’t exactly say why, but Estée Lauder skin care has caught my eye and I am thinking I might try that first. Looking forward to virtually joining you in your move. Hope you bring us along!

I have a skincare obsession. I've tried lots of products. The only skincare product I can 100% recommend is Paula's choice bha exfoliating products. I used to get blemishes that would keep coming back and take weeks to go away. Since using the product daily once I see a blemish, it's gone completely in a few days. I see a difference even by the next day so I know it really works.

I agree! Plus it leaves the skin glowy. Also Paula's choice vitamin c serum got rid of my dark spots over time

I totally agree with Paula's Choice BHA it's amazing; I was struggling with hormonal acne, and nothing was working, so I gave Paula's Choice ago. about 6 weeks ago, and OMG my skin looks so much better, seriously i felt like crying because I'd been struggling for over a year and getting no where, I'll always buy Paula's Choice now 😁

I like the Good Molecules cleansing balm because it comes in a tin. It recycles nicely. I also use their eye gel during the day. It is a nice light weight gel for only $6.

So much stronger than me, I wouldn't be able to do it. Love trying new skincare. I have like a 700 dollar YES STYLE cart order and that's all the skin care, none of the makeup I also drool over. My skin care tool wish list is even worse. Eesh good I have some pretty good self control.

I probably would have kept most of it. Skincare is expensive so getting rid of it would have been very hard. I have the Good Molecules products, Murad, Elemis & Dr Brandt. Decluttering is hard. More power to you Morgan!

Sunday Riley a+ is AMAZING!! Best retinol product ever! You will love it!! I use quite a lot of Sunday Rileys products & they’re all really good. Sunday Riley is an awesome brand, the a+ cleared my skin up beautifully! I have a huge collection of skincare & makeup as well & I’m always trying new things when I can. Idk if I would be able to declutter, I’m terrible when it comes to getting rid of stuff lol. I give you major props for doing this, a lot of great brands too girl! ♥️

The Ren toner is strong!! It takes some time to work up to using it often. Make sure you don’t have any active breakouts when you use it or it will burn! Thanks for all your hard work and daily videos Morgan :)

The Farmacy Deep Sweep is a great toner! Good choice on keeping that one. It's great for acne. Farmacy is a great brand, I love their skin care. I'm not sure about the Kopari coconut toner, but coconut oil clogs pores. I don't know if that has coconut oil or not, but just an FYI. I don't feel like a hyaluronic acid serum is necessary bc it is already an ingredient in so many other products. Too much hyaluronic acid is a bad thing. That ExfoliKate moisturizer is the bomb. It's what I'm currently using and I love it. You've got some great products there, so don't feel bad for keeping them. A good skincare routine is an important part of having great makeup. Your makeup looks so much better if your skin looks great underneath. Good job on the declutter. I think you did wonderfully.

You should keep the igk moisture balm. It makes your hair so soft use it on days when you decide to straighten your hair.

I just did a declutter for both skin care and make up and I literally have 2 boxes of skin care and make up I never even touched. So I'm posting to FB Marketplace! I just hope it sells quick. Last time I did this a year ago someone bought it all right away!

Murad cleared all my acne up when I had a massive outbreak for months it was mostly stress and hormonal acne and it was the only system that cleared me up.

I don't think I do ever any decluttering. Always buy no more than I can use it and use every skincare product to the end before expiration. It is pretty common behaviour in Europe.

I wish I was like that lol, I want to be like that but I have the Boxycharm and Ipsy subscriptions so I am overloaded with make up and skin care. And when I think about canceling for a bit I always see the spoilers for the next month and end up not wanting to take a break. I have however started using products until empty before opening a new one! I'm slowly making changes lol

But I have to say that I understand that the KZbin beauty channels are doing it for living. They receive a lot of PR and are simply testing it. But it would be good if whatever is possible was passed to the person who could use it up before expiration date. Save the Nature🖖

@@redpandasmile I only throw out what I've used or might be expired. The rest I sell on FB marketplace. Right now I have 2 full moving boxes full of make up and skin care. But if it doesn't sell within a certain amount of time I donate it so it doesn't sit forever in a box and expire.

Anything for oily or aging skin, especially around the eyes and lips I would be glad to take off your hands! Lol. Seeing all of your stuff makes me not feel so bad about all the stuff I get in boxes like BoxyCharm and EyeScream. At some point, since I’m not a reviewer, I need to stop…but, not yet….lol. I gotta have some type of shopping experience since shopping is one of my all time favorite things to do and I can’t really go to the mall or anything. I’m on a 5-day self-quarantine after getting exposed to a co-worker when I stopped by the office last week. So, now I’m home for the next week. Oh well, at least I work from home and it gives me more time to watch Morgan videos! Lol. Have a wonderful weekend beautiful girl! So excited for your upcoming move, although I feel for your poor mom! She’s going to miss you! I still. miss my daughter and she lives just 40 miles away. I have such good luck with Elemis skincare. But sadly, it is pretty expensive, so it is a once or twice a year splurge during sale season! I do love skincare products but I need to do a declutter of things I will never use. I am certain many are no longer potent anyway.

Just FYI- the Sunday Riley Retinal is harsh on sensitive skin. I use retinal nightly and tried that one - took me a while to recoupe my skin barrier. Everyone is different, just use with caution.

The Sunday Riley product is actually a retinoid, not a retinal. Sorry but there's just a big difference. The ones you can get OTC are retinoid (the most gentle, yet least effective), retinol and then retinal (most potent and effective, therefore a bit harsher). So maybe the SR just didn't agree with your skin. But it actually contains the mildest form of retinol. Just so you know!

I have curly and thick, out of control hair. The only absolute keeper I've found is the luseta coconut milk leave in conditioning spray. It's the best product for untangling and brushing out my knotted hair.

@@anh7807 I have the same type of hair but the top doesn't curl just from mid way down and if i touch my curls (they are like ringlet curls) but it I touch or brush them they get super frizzy. As much as I started to finally like my curls, I'm still always straightening my hair cause of the frizz the ends up happening. Does the Luseta product you mentioned help with frizz? I still haven't found the best anti frizz product.

@@lyssa5168 for frizz I've found biosilk silkening serum. It's in a clear liquid in a clear bottle. Mine also get super frizzy if I brush. I also have a biolage hair mask I use several times a week. I have found luseta keratin treatments help to soften and calm the frizz. Sebastion #9 potion works also as a styling product if you want to use it right after you've showered and brushed. It really is a lot of work and products to keep my hair under control.

I’ve just watched you declutter over $300 in Elemis, but you decide to keep a jumbo Pixy Glow Toxic that will expire before you even use an 1/2 of it. 😂😂😂I’m also only 1/2 way through. I’m pretty sure my tears are real, however I totally understand you do not control what companies send you. Also your absolutely right it not good for your skin to probably switch products every month most normal people don’t, they find products they like and stick with them. But now we all know why skincare products are so expensive, they are spending money marketing to everyone under the sun. Your not the only makeup focused creator I watch to get so much skincare. I tried the Ren Overnight Glow cream and didn't find it did much for me except hydrate. I even suspect it might have broken me out a bit but at the time I used it I broke out no matter what I did so a bit hard to say.

OMG 😱 sometimes we are getting into skincare and we buy everything thinking that we have 2 or 3 faces and actually there are products that take awhile to finish them and then we keep forgetting that we have skincare in our bathroom cabinet and we find more products on sale we buy it and we ended up with expired or too many products some of them same brand etc when I was with boxy charm and Ipsy, allure etc I got tons of skincare which I didn’t like it but they never checked your profile and I was receiving that even though I said NO anyway I have my ikea dresser filled with skincare and I am trying to declutter it but I have mature skin so I don’t use makeup up every day so I am getting into the habit of doing a skincare routine daily specially during the morning so we’ll see how much things are going to declutter 🤔👍🏻👋🏻🙏😷🇲🇽🇺🇸

Love farmacy. Just be careful with the bright on the mask. They do not make it anymore. And if the mask comes out and the color isn't what it was before that is a sign that it has gone off. It happened to me and I did not realise it and it broke me out like crazy after it expired.

I have a ton of it from subscription boxes over a couple years (I used to get allot of boxes lol!) I’ve gotten rid of sooo much, I even gave all three of my kids and their sig others sets but I still have a LOT!!! I can’t let it go!! It’s just so so expensive, I’ll just have enough for myself for at least a couple years. That’s ok, it’ll save me a crap ton of money.. lol!!! 😂

You said your skin is sensitive, I believe this retinol from Sunday Riley will be too much for sensitive skin, it's a high concentration of retinol and they use to recommend it for people who uses retinol already, maybe is better you start with something more suitable for all the skin types, like the La Roche Posay Retinol B3 (is also good and don't push your skin too much).. Also, I'm not sure where you got that it was recommended for people who already use retinol, but that's not true. Like I said before, it's a higher dose of retinoid, 6.5% I believe. But retinoid is gentler on the skin, making it ideal for people with sensitive skin or first time retinoid/retinol users. And that's actually directly from SR in their description of this product. So yeah, maybe it didn't get along with your skin, but it's definitely not as harsh as basically every other retinol on the market. I'm not trying to be rude, but if you're going to give out skin care advice, at least research it and make sure it's correct. Because you basically made up what you said. Just an fyi!

Skincare has a shorter life then make-up and keeping it unopened or not in a humid/warm bathroom is not helping extend that shelf life. Sunscreen has even shorter shelf life then regular face moisturizers. Sadly unless you bought all those products in the last 3-6 months they are already losing their effectiveness. You shouldn't buy skincare until you actually need it otherwise you are just throwing money way.
