It only applies to those who have their iLR and already in Uk. You will be under skilled worker visa

Good afternoon madam , Please yesterday my mum visited the tls contact center for her biometrics and Assisted service of uploading her documents. After the scanning process being done at the tls office on the checklist some of the documents provided being crossed out. Please does it mean’s those documents being crossed out, will not sent to UKVI?

Hello Nanelle, I have a cos for 3 yrs, my visa ends after a year becos my passport expires then. Even though my cos expires 2yrs after and my visa has my cos num on the visa. When I renew my passport,do I need to apply for extension visa or it's authentically extends as long as I have a renewed passport?

If it’s a care work , No ! Check the occupation code of the job . There are many jobs under health and care .., only care workers can’t bring dependents

Your dependant is your spouse and kids Siblings are not your dependents
